How the glossary is organised
Entries sit in four groups: compliance (certificates and safety checks such as CP12, EPC and EICR), tax (Making Tax Digital for Income Tax and Section 24), tenancy, and property structure. Each entry cites GOV.UK or the legislation behind the term.
