The line is sharp on purpose. LandlordFlow handles the record-keeping side — per-property income, allowable expenses, compliance dates, document storage, maintenance, tenancy admin. Your accountancy stack (Xero, FreeAgent, Sage, TaxCalc, BTCSoftware, or another) still does the actual MTD ITSA submissions and the end-of-period return.
We exist because cleaner inputs make your filing work less painful and your advice work more valuable. Specifically: per-property records logged in the period they happened, expenses categorised against HMRC-recognised buckets, and an audit trail your team doesn’t have to build from scratch each spring.
