LandlordFlow (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit landlordflow.com or contact us, and how we use it.

Who we are

LandlordFlow is a UK-focused property management software product. LandlordFlow is a trading name of Rajoka Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 12069067. Registered office: 64b Yardley Green Road, Birmingham, B9 5QE. For privacy questions, contact privacy@landlordflow.com.

What we collect

• Information you provide — name, email address, and message content when you submit the contact form or join the waitlist.
• Usage information — pages visited, device and browser type, anonymised IP, collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and via Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool we host ourselves.
• Cookies — we use a small number of cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or book a demo.
• To improve the website and product based on aggregate usage.
• To send you product updates if you join the waitlist (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal data. You can also object to processing and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@landlordflow.com.

You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our legitimate business records. Analytics data is retained per the provider's default policy.

Third parties

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) for analytics, and Vercel Inc. for hosting. Plausible analytics is self-hosted on Rajoka infrastructure, United Kingdom (no cookies, not a third-party sub-processor). Cloudflare, Inc. handles network traffic, including to our analytics. We do not sell personal data.
