The short version
I run the Rajoka portfolio — a small group of UK SMB software businesses, including RR Accountants (chartered practice serving UK landlords and small companies), Harveys Legal (IAA-regulated immigration), and BryxoNexus (the shared services backbone for everything else). LandlordFlow is the operational software piece I’ve wanted for years and couldn’t find done well for UK landlords specifically.
Most landlord software in the UK was either built for estate agents (heavy, agent-centric, agency-flavoured) or for accountants (filing-side, not operational). LandlordFlow sits in the gap: the day-to-day for landlords who manage their own properties, with the UK regulatory landscape as the brief, and the explicit boundary that we don’t file anything to HMRC. Your accountant or HMRC-compatible software still does that.
